Refund Policy

A nonrefundable 50% deposit is required at the time the package is ordered and the reservation is made. Upon receiving your deposit, a receipt and order confirmation will be sent. When your reservation is made, you will also receive a notice of your remaining balance, along with our contact information. Any remaining balance is due at least 7 days prior to your event date. If an event is canceled 8 days or more ahead of the scheduled event date, Do You Sweets will allow substitution to any available date within 90 days of your initial event reservation. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to an event cannot be substituted. Package deposits and total payments are nonrefundable.
